WAS TRUMP RIGHT? EXPLOSIVE NV DMV VOTER FRAUD SCANDAL CONFIRMED BY SEC. CEGAVSKE

April 15, 2017

Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske in January declared the 2016 election had no voter fraud. She even attacked President Trump’s declaration of voter fraud publically in a statement. On January 24, 2017 she said at a Republican event, there was “no voter fraud anywhere in Nevada in the general election of 2016.” Cegavske yesterday did a 180. But as usual she has been less than forthcoming with all the facts.

Cegavske has not released any actual numbers or details of “non-citizens” having voted.

Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske released the following  statement Friday:

“After we received verifiable evidence of potential illegal votes cast in the 2016 general election, we launched an investigation.  The integrity of the entire election process, from voter registration to the casting of ballots, is always my number one concern.  Although we are in the nascent stages of the investigation, we have confirmed there were illegal non-citizen votes cast in the 2016 general election.  We also have confirmed instances of ineligible voters who did not vote being on the voter rolls.  As I have pledged to all Nevadans, I will be vigilant in ensuring the integrity of the election process.”

The alleged voter fraud crimes seems to have been discovered while NV SOS Cegavske’s office was investigating the DMV. Cegavske in a letter, accused DMV workers of knowingly registering green card holders to vote illegally. Green card holders are non-citizens in the country legally with a work visa. Only U.S. citizens are allowed to vote in U.S. elections.

But Cegavske’s office has refused to investigate alleged voter fraud in Assemblywoman Victoria Seamen’s State Senate Race in 2016, which is now being investigated by the FBI according to Amy Tarkanian. Cegavske also refused to investigate some 10,000 alleged fraudulent voter registrations uncovered by Megan Barth in Republican Assembly District 15 by 2016 candidate Stan Vaughan.

If DMV workers registered green card holders to vote that would be a felony under both state and federal laws, but Cegavske has not given any indication that she intends on pursuing criminal charges against DMV employees to date.
