CULINARY UNION BOYCOTT OF LAS VEGAS TRUMP HOTEL ELECTION YEAR STUNT?
October 3, 2016
The Culinary Union, which represents about 57,000 Las Vegas-area hospitality workers, claimed to be boycotting and striking at the Las Vegas Trump Hotel last week in front of numerous local and national media outlets. AP news outlets around the country, from Providence Rhode island to Atlanta Georgia, covered the “event”. The Culinary Union walked down the street, in front of the hotel, claiming the workers at the Trump Hotel were not allowed to vote on whether they wanted a $3 an hour raise from the billionaire. Of course, the billionaire in question is the Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump… And of course, this “protest” took place with only a matter of weeks to go before early voting starts on October 22nd, here in Las Vegas.
So NEWSMAXTV LAS VEGAS sent a cameraman down to the Las Vegas Trump Hotel to see check out all the action. All we found were tourists enjoying the hotel, with no signs of any protestors and no signs of any NEWS cameras.

NEWSMAXTV LAS VEGAS did speak with several hotel employees who told us that none of the staff was striking, and the hotel was running smoothly.
NEWSMAXTV also interviewed a few tourists at the Trump Hotel, and we found a couple on vacation from Michigan who were planning to vote for Trump.

It seems that without the cameras there are no protesters at the Las Vegas Trump Hotel.
The Las Vegas Culinary Union endorsed Hillary Clinton for President in July.
