Nevada Democrats are in shock tonight as Michele Fiore wins Las Vegas City Council Ward 6 by a solid margin of 4 points. Democrat Steve Ross has held that seat for the last 12 plus years. Fiore defeated Kelli Ross, wife of Steve. Republicans aren’t supposed to win major urban cities, so Democrats are licking their wounds tonight.

Michele Fiore is the outspoken firebrand Republican gun toting woman who made a name for herself in the Nevada State Legislature. She even told a fellow Assemblyman in Carson City to “sit his ass down.”
