NEWLY RELEASED SANCTUARY CITY REPORT BY FEDS SHOWS CLARK COUNTY METRO WITH MORE VIOLATIONS THAN LAST WEEK

March 31, 2017

Last week ICE started releasing weekly reports, ordered by President Trump, documenting and publishing counties across the U.S. who are refusing to turn over criminal illegal aliens. Clark County Metro Police was number one on the list last week with 51 violations.

This week’s report shows 54 violations, a 5% increase. Even though Clark County dropped to number four on the list, Lombardo’s Department is still in the top 10 list of violators in the U.S. and that makes it a target of Attorney General Sessions who just announced this week he would seek to cut off $9 million Clark County receives in federal grant money annually for the Department of Justice and Homeland Security if they don’t straighten up.

Sheriff Lombardo just announced last week after intense pressure from the public, he had changed the department’s policy and would now honor ICE detainer holds for criminal illegal aliens. But clearly Clark County jail didn’t get the Sheriff’s memo.

In addition, Sheriff Lombardo’s Police Department refuses to disclose to the public the immigration status of criminals in custody.
