CCSD ACC– USED OF A SYSTEMATIC PATTERN OF RACISM FOR FAILING TO DISCIPLINE BLACK MALE STUDENTS

According to white school administrators and white teachers who have spoken to NEWSMAXTV LAS VEGAS on condition of anonymity, the Clark County School District has implemented a policy that restricts white teachers and white principles from disciplining black male students. According to a principle we spoke with, black male students are allowed to wander the halls of the schools during class because white teachers cannot discipline them in class. And when the black male students are disciplined and thrown out of school, they are then shuffled to another Clark County School where often the pattern is repeated. Black students who have brought knives to school have been expelled from one Clark County Public School only to reappear at another Clark County Public School soon after.

Whites principals and teachers who make an effort to correct bad behavior in black males are called racists and written up according to those we spoke with.

Because the kids are minors, their expulsion records are confidential. And the written discipline records of the white teachers and white principals are confidential due to union contracts, so there is little if any written records to access.

According to the people we spoke with, the black male students are good kids, but their parents and the school district’s racial discipline policies are robbing them of their opportunity to learn and grow into productive, educated citizens.

NEWSMAXTV LAS VEGAS reached out to the Clark County School District for a comment but failed to get any offical response to our story.
